Reporting directly to the Training and Performance Manager, the internal Business Development Executive Manager will be an individual that wants to work at the cutting edge of consultancy services and connecting with companies across a wide range of business sectors.
You’ll be involved with the client campaigns from the onset, allowing you to gain an in-depth knowledge of the client’s products and services to ensure that you can deliver on maximising their growth and profitability.
You will have the ability to shape your role and will be given access to the best tools to enable you to become a confident, driven, high calibre sales professional. An individual with a personable nature and whom can speak with passion about the opportunities and rapidly develop a rapport with the clients, is a key requirement for the role.
A co-operative, can-do attitude and an individual that can demonstrate their ability to source and nurture exciting new leads for the business would fulfil the ideal specification for the position.

Job Type: Full Time, Permanent (Remote)
Hours of work: 9am – 5pm (Monday-Friday)
Salary: £18,000-£23,000 per year depending on experience with a competitive commission structure
