£20M contract value created with a large enterprise employer

Over an 18 month relationship, ReveGro supported Telford College to engage employers across the UK to identify new learners across their range of courses with a team of 5 telemarketing professionals supported by digital marketing. 


During the campaign we generated an average of 25 new employer appointments per week. One opportunity, as an example, delivered over £20 million in contract value with one large, levy paying customer. 

53 Learners successfully re-enrolled and engaged on programme

We completed a pilot campaign with an objective of re-engaging learners that had decided not to continue a training course with the training provider. We successfully encouraged 53 learners to re-enroll onto programme during a 2 week telemarketing campaign. 

Grade 2 Achievement – ReveGro contributed to an improved Ofsted grading

We supported Hertford Regional College with their DLHE survey to identify the destination of learners once they had completed their course with the college to help with future planning and strategy. HRC believe the intelligence gathered by ReveGro was instrumental in achieving a Grade 2 from Grade 3 by Ofsted.

78 new learners enrolled onto programme over a 3 month relationship

We completed an employer and learner engagement programme to identify learner for commercial courses on a cost per acquisition basis, identifying 78 new learners over a 3 month relationship.


In collaboration with a National Training Provider and a Housing Association we created a employability programme to get people back into work and subsequently be enrolled onto specific training programmes to support their new role. Through social media we identified 58 local people to attend an employability event of which 19 people completed the programme and were successful in securing employment with a local employer.

16 new employers onboarded over a 3 month pilot campaign

Over a 3 month pilot campaign we identified 16 levy paying, large employers that wanted to engage their employees in specific courses delivered by the College in two specific geographic regions.
